Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Design Engineer – Precast to prepare precast shop drawings, coordinate with clients, and ensure that all drawings meet project specifications, design requirements, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed precast shop drawings, including reinforcement details, connections, sections, and assembly drawings.
• Review architectural and structural drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, structural consultants, and project teams to clarify design requirements and resolve technical queries.
• Incorporate client feedback and revisions into shop drawings.
• Ensure drawings are completed within project timelines and meet applicable standards.
• Identify and resolve design discrepancies and coordinate drawing approvals.
• Maintain proper documentation and revision control for all drawings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• 4–5 years of experience in precast detailing and shop drawing preparation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant precast detailing software.
• Strong understanding of structural drawings, reinforcement detailing, and precast construction methods.
• Excellent client coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple drawings and meet project deadlines.
