- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Knowledge in Catia V5 is a must including work benches Part Modeling, Surface Design, Assembly & Drafting
- Experience in tools like TC, Vis-mockup, MS Office.
- Familiarity with Ford processes and tools will be an added advantage.

- Have flexibility to work across time zones and diverse cultures as role involves extensive interaction with customers internationally.
- Design and Development of Interior Trim parts in an automobile
- Working on Engineering Change Notices and updating CAD design in Catia V5 as per the given directions
- Liaising with suppliers and engineering to facilitate CAD release within the specified timing
- Checking the quality of the CAD provided by the supplier
- To support and validate geometric integration of the CAD at the vehicle level
