Design Engineer - Home Appliances / Consumer Durables

Job Summary

We are looking for a Design Engineer - CREO with 2-4 years of experience in product design, preferably within the Home Appliances industry.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop plastic and sheet metal components using CREO.
• Create and modify 3D models, assemblies and detailed 2D drawings.
• Apply GD&T principles and ensure design accuracy.
• Evaluate designs for manufacturing feasibility, assembly and functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for design development and issue resolution.
• Support design changes, detailing and engineering documentation.
• Ensure designs meet quality, performance and manufacturing requirements.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in CREO.
• Knowledge of GD&T.
• Experience in plastic and sheet metal component design.
• Understanding of manufacturing feasibility and detailing.
• Good knowledge of engineering drawings and design standards.
• Ability to develop and modify 3D models and 2D drawings.

Education

• B.E / B.Tech (Mech).
