Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) to join our Design Engineering team.

The candidate will support the design and development of automotive BIW components and assemblies, create 3D CAD models and 2D drawings, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility, manufacturing requirements, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and modify 3D CAD models and 2D engineering drawings using CATIA V5
• Prepare and maintain design documentation, BOMs, and release data in engineering.
• Assist in packaging studies and interference checks.
• Ensure compliance with customer standards and automotive design requirements.

Technical Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in Automotive BIW, Sheet metal, tooling and manufacturing.
• Good understanding of sheet metal parts manufacturing and assembly
• Knowledge of BIW manufacturing and assembly processes such as:
• Stamping
• Welding
• Hemming
• Assembly Processes
• Basic knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerance).
• Exposure to engineering drawings, and design feasibility studies will be added advantage.
• Proficient in CATIA V5 and/or UG NX for BIW component modeling, surface development (GSD), assembly creation, and 2D drawing preparation.
• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Educational Qualifications:

• B.E/M.E. (Mechanical) with 1-2Years of experience.
• Minimum 70% aggregate (or equivalent CGPA) throughout academics.
• No academic year gap/drop during SSC, HSC/Diploma, or Engineering.

Proficiency in languages:

• English and Hindi.

Behavioral:

• Readiness to work or travel at client location ( Pan india)
