Design Engineer - Exterior Trims and Ambient Lighting

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and develop lighting systems for automobiles, including headlights, taillights, and interior lighting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of lighting designs into vehicle architecture.
• Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, customer needs, and regulatory requirements to inform design decisions.
• Develop detailed specifications for production planning purposes.

Job Requirements :

• 4-8 years of experience in automotive lighting design or related field.
• Strong understanding of bumper cladding regulations and industry standards (e.g. DOT).
• Proficiency in creating complex geometry models using CAD software (e.g. Catia) or equivalent tools.
