Sr. Design Engineer - SMTE Engineer (Dymanic Seals) Project Deliverables:
Responsibilities - Evaluate Alteanate supplier proposal and defining engineering solution data checking seals Packaging point of view.
- Packaging data preparation.
- Design feasibility of Sealing parts like Glass run mould,Primary Seal, Secondary Seal, Tail gate seal, Grommet and Plug.
- Releases of the VAVE selas ideas and Alternate suplier proposal in TCUA and TCE
- Support in proto shop / testing activities
- SEALS parts Packaging and DMU check.
- Concept data preparation
- Disucussion with Supplier for design and data maturation for seasl parts
- Supplier DFMEA Review
- Should be knowledge of mastic sealatnt and Joinery sealing grommet and plug selection,
- Creation of EBHS and Grommet Layout
- Modular BOM updation, data migra
