Design & Development Engineer

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Creo 2D and 3D modeling.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Knowledge of basic HVAC components and systems.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Overall Responsibility:

1) Develop 2D models using AutoCAD and 3D models using Creo software.

2) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements and contribute to product design.

3) Follow company policies, ISO: 9001-2015 QMS, and relevant standards in design processes.

4) Support senior engineers in Design for Manufacturing and Design for Assembly activities for cost optimization.

5) Assist in risk management activities and contribute to Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis.

6) Participate in Advance product quality planning activities and contribute to quality planning.

7) Communicate effectively within the design team and across departments.

8) Engage in problem-solving and decision-making processes under supervision.

9) Preparing & managing Product Design specification, technical reports, SOP, Etc.

10) Consult with Production team during Product development and provide assistance where required.

11) Calculate Cost estimate for final product design & release report to manager.

Competencies:

• Knowledge of 2D and 3D Drawings.
• Knowledge of Design Software Pro
• Parametric, Pro E, Cad Cam Unigraphics; Geometric CAM Works
• Ability of design validation and Verification
• Product and Process knowledge.
• Material Knowledge.
• Knowledge of BOM preparation.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001-20015
