About this role

Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive Design Coordinator to oversee the workflow of our design team, track project timelines, manage vendor communications, and support new product development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Workflow & Timeline Management: Organize day-to-day design team activities, maintaining detailed project trackers, schedules, and delivery deadlines.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the liaison between designers, internal production teams, and external vendors to obtain samples, approvals, and final design submissions.

New Product Development (NPD) Support: Assist in new product development by organizing product samples and maintaining a library of marketing/event collaterals.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain well-organized archives of design files and approvals; prepare project status reports and proactively resolve schedule delays.
