Design Coordinator

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Coordinate architectural designs for residential projects from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project goals are met.
• Develop detailed drawings using Autodesk Revit software for building layouts, elevations, and floor plans.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations throughout the design process.

Job Requirements :

• 4-9 years of experience in architectural design or a related field.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit Architecture software for creating detailed designs.
• Strong understanding of residential construction methods and materials used in the industry.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
