Job Overview

•     We are looking for a Design coordinator who is responsible for supporting the design and product development process by ensuring smooth coordination between design teams and cross-functional departments.

•     This role focuses on managing timelines, maintaining documentation, tracking project progress, and ensuring effective communication across stakeholders.

•     The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in execution.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination

•  Coordinate design projects from initiation to completion
•  Track progress of multiple projects and ensure timelines are met
•  Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely execution
• Cross-Functional Communication

  Act as a link between design, production, purchase, and other departments

• Documentation & Data Management
• Material & Resource Coordination
• Process & Timeline Tracking
• Support to Design Team
