Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Design Coordinator / Architect Coordinator with 4–5 years of experience in the real estate or construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating architectural and design activities, ensuring smooth communication between consultants, architects, contractors, and internal project teams, and supporting timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate architectural and design activities across real estate projects.
  
• Review and coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, and other relevant drawings.
  
• Liaise with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve design-related issues.
  
• Track drawing submissions, revisions, approvals, and ensure the latest drawings are available to project teams.
  
• Monitor design deliverables and ensure they are completed within project timelines.
  
• Identify design discrepancies, clashes, and coordination issues and follow up for timely resolution.
  
• Attend design coordination and project review meetings.
  
• Maintain proper documentation of drawings, approvals, design changes, and correspondence.
  
• Coordinate with site teams to understand execution-related design requirements.
  
• Assist in reviewing drawings and specifications for compliance with project requirements.
  
• Follow up with consultants and stakeholders for pending design inputs and approvals.
  
• Support the project team in ensuring design quality, constructability, and timely execution.
  

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or a relevant design/construction discipline.
  
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in real estate, construction, architecture, or project development.
  
• Experience in design coordination / architectural coordination is preferred.
  
• Good understanding of architectural drawings, construction drawings, and design documentation.
  
• Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple consultants and project stakeholders.
  
• Strong communication, follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with relevant design/documentation software.
  
• Knowledge of construction processes and real estate project execution will be an advantage.
