Design Coordinator RIBA standards, BIM 360, GFC, RFIs

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design coordination and compliance with project requirements.
• Develop and maintain accurate BIM models using Revit software for construction projects.
• Collaborate with the design team to resolve conflicts and discrepancies in designs, ensuring timely completion of projects.
• Provide technical support to clients by explaining BIM concepts, software functionality, and troubleshooting issues.

Job Requirements :

• 4-10 years of experience in a similar role as Design Coordinator or BIM Specialist.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, MS Office (especially Excel), and other relevant software tools.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
