Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Architect to join our PMC team in Noida. The candidate will be responsible for architectural drawing reviews, consultant coordination, site monitoring and ensuring execution as per approved drawings, specifications and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review architectural drawings, working drawings, GFC drawings and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, design consultants, structural and MEP teams, contractors and site teams.
• Monitor architectural works at site to ensure compliance with approved drawings and quality standards.
• Identify drawing discrepancies and resolve design-related issues in coordination with concerned consultants.
• Review material submittals, samples, mock-ups and shop drawings.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of architectural activities.
• Maintain drawing registers, technical documentation, site observations and progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, specifications and project requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Qualification: B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture).

• Experience: Relevant experience in architectural works for building construction projects.
• Experience with a PMC, project management consultant or construction consultancy will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, detailing, site execution and consultant coordination.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of Revit will be an advantage.
• Good communication, documentation and problem-solving skills.
