Design Coordinator || Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, and execution teams for design-related matters.
• Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings before construction.
• Ensure availability of latest approved drawings at site.
• Resolve drawing discrepancies and technical queries through consultants.
• Monitor drawing submission, approval, and revision status.
• Prepare and maintain drawing registers, design logs, and tracking reports.
• Conduct design coordination meetings and record MOMs.
• Support project planning team with design deliverables and priorities.
• Coordinate for shop drawings, as-built drawings, and design changes.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and client requirements.
• Assist site team in interpreting drawings and technical details.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Knowledge of construction methodologies and building execution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and drawing management systems.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and deadlines.

Qualification

• B.E./B.Tech Civil Engineering or Architecture.

Experience

• 510 years of experience in building/high-rise/commercial/residential construction projects.
• Experience in design coordination between consultants and site execution teams.
