Hiring: Design Consultant (Interior Design & Styling)

CTC: Up to 14 LPA

Location: Mumbai

Industry Preference: Luxury Home Dcor, Furniture, Interior Design Studios, Premium Lifestyle Brands, Art & Design Retail

Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Related Discipline

We are looking for a creative and client-focused Art Consultant to help curate exceptional residential interiors through furniture planning, art selection, styling, and visual merchandising. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, experience in residential interiors, and the ability to work with discerning HNI/UHNI clients, architects, and interior designers.

Key Requirements:

35 years of experience in Residential Interior Design, Interior Styling, or Premium Furniture & Home Design Studios

Strong expertise in space planning, furniture layouts, styling, and dcor curation

Experience working with HNI/UHNI homeowners, architects, and interior designers

Proficiency in AutoCAD and presentation tools (SketchUp preferred)

Excellent understanding of colour, texture, material palettes, and spatial composition

Strong client presentation and stakeholder management skills

Portfolio showcasing residential interiors and styling projects is mandatory

Responsibilities:

Develop furniture layouts and interior styling concepts from floor plans

Create mood boards, colour schemes, and design proposals

Curate furniture, lighting, rugs, art, soft furnishings, and dcor accessories

Advise clients on finishes, upholstery, dimensions, and art placement

Collaborate with architects, designers, and homeowners on residential projects

Support visual merchandising and gallery styling initiatives

Coordinate with sales and operations teams for project execution and deliveries
