Design Architect

Role & responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, designs, layouts, and detailed drawings for UAE and Indian projects.
• Prepare 2D architectural drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings using AutoCAD.
• Develop 3D architectural models and visualizations using Revit, SketchUp, or other relevant software.
• Translate design concepts into accurate and practical architectural drawings and 3D models.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, and other project teams to ensure design integration.
• Interpret project requirements, architectural standards, and specifications.
• Prepare design presentations, material selections, and architectural documentation.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable UAE and Indian building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review drawings, site conditions, and project requirements and make necessary design modifications.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in architectural design.
• Experience working on UAE and Indian projects is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in 2D and 3D architectural design.
• Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design, drafting, detailing, and documentation.
• Good understanding of architectural standards, materials, and construction practices.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
