Design and Project Lead

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join us as a Design and Project Lead in Gurugram, Haryana, India. Full-Time, On-Site, joining within 30 days.
You will coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, fabricators, and government agencies throughout the project lifecycle while conducting site visits to monitor construction, fabrication, installation, and quality of execution. You will lead client presentations, design discussions, stakeholder meetings, and project reviews and will be accountable for liaising with government departments to secure approvals, ensure compliance, and support project execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, fabricators, and government agencies throughout the project lifecycle.
2. Conduct site visits to monitor construction, fabrication, installation, and quality of execution.
3. Lead client presentations, design discussions, stakeholder meetings, and project reviews.
4. Liaise with government departments and statutory authorities for approvals, compliance, and project execution.
5. Travel extensively to project locations for site inspections, client meetings, and execution support.
6. Review material specifications, fabrication details, and construction methodologies.
7. Manage project timelines and coordination between multidisciplinary teams.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

1. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to lead stakeholder discussions.
2. Proven experience in managing end-to-end project coordination in architecture or design-build environments.
3. Strong understanding of construction methodologies, material specifications, and fabrication processes.
4. Demonstrated ability to liaise with government agencies and secure necessary approvals.
5. Willingness to undertake extensive travel across India as per project demands.
6. Strong architectural design and spatial planning abilities.
