Job Location: Hyderabad (with travel to client sites and off-campus programme venues as required)

Job Function: Mahindra university – Centre for Executive Education (CEE)

    Role Summary

The Design & Delivery Manager is CEE's operational and pedagogical anchor, bridging faculty, sales, and clients – co-creating the programme calendar, shaping proposals, coordinating delivery, and owning outcomes and feedback that keep programmes credible and continuously improving.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Open Programme Calendar & Faculty Liaison: co-design and finalise the calendar (themes, sequencing, audience, pricing) with faculty; act as the primary faculty-Sales liaison, translating pedagogy into sales-ready collaterals; maintain an updated repository of faculty profiles and modules.
    • Proposal Development & Pre-Sales Support: partner with Sales on proposal outlines and RFP responses, contributing design-side inputs on pedagogy, duration, and format; support client-facing scoping conversations.
    • Programme Design & Delivery Structure: design in-house programmes aligned to market demand; define delivery structure, pedagogy mix, and assessment approach; identify and coordinate faculty, managing scheduling and briefing.
    • End-to-End Delivery Management: own pre-delivery readiness (briefing, logistics, materials); troubleshoot in real time during delivery; manage post-delivery closure (certificates, faculty settlement, admin wrap-up).
    • Outcomes, Feedback & Documentation: design and administer participant/client feedback mechanisms; consolidate outcomes into structured reports; convert insights into design improvements.
    • Client Relationship & Business Continuity: retain and nurture client relationships post-delivery; proactively propose repeat cohorts or new interventions; represent CEE in client review meetings.

    Required Qualifications

    • MBA/PGDM (HR, General Management, or related discipline) with 6-10 years overall experience, including 3+ years in programme design/delivery, L&D, or academic programme management.
    • Strong grounding in Instructional Design, including working knowledge of frameworks such as ADDIE.
    • Familiarity with varied pedagogical styles – classroom, case-based, simulation, action learning, experiential, and blended delivery.
    • Working knowledge of executive education categories – Leadership, Capability Building, Operational Excellence, Behavioural, and related areas.
    • Comfort working with both academic faculty and corporate clients, translating pedagogical language into business language.
