Selection Process

• Resume screening (48 hours)
• Clinical discussion with the Medical Director
• Reference check with peers, former employers and mentors
• Half-day shadow visit at the nearest DermaVue clinic
• Offer letter within one working week

Key Responsibilities

• Lead procedural and aesthetic dermatology consultations at the assigned clinic
• Deliver evidence-based cosmetic dermatology care including laser treatments, injectables and energy-based devices
• Manage scheduled patient visits with onsite labs and pharmacy support
• Maintain NABH-grade documentation and electronic medical records
• Collaborate with plastic surgery services where available to expand procedural skills

Requirements

• MD / Diploma / DNB in Dermatology
• Minimum 1-year fellowship in dermatosurgery or cosmetic dermatology, OR 2 years hands-on experience in cosmetic dermatology with proficiency in laser machines
• Familiarity with Lasers Diode, CO2, Nd:YAG, RF Microneedling
• Valid Kerala Medical Council (KMC) registration
• Referrals from peers, former employers and mentors will be sought during the hiring process
