Requirements:

Minimum 15+ years of experience in Team Handling and Sales Leadership roles
Proven experience managing 100+ on-roll Field Sales professionals
Strong exposure to Insurance, BFSI, Direct Sales, or Open Market business
Demonstrated success in driving business growth and achieving sales targets
Excellent leadership, coaching, stakeholder management, and people development skills
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and business reporting
Marathi language proficiency is mandatory
Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory
