Deputy Unit Manager - Rewards

BFL is in the process to upgrade its existing consumer Rewards platform. Current platform needs to further evolve to onboard new LOBs, to reward partners and associated sales representatives, to develop the frame of rewarding every customer touch point/transaction and in turn drive PPC and cross sell. For such a dynamic and evolving product roadmap, we need an individual to execute and support the product development framework as envisioned to power Rewards as a platform and drive customer acquisition.
