Responsible for scoping of SOPs from time to time as it gets updatedContinuous Interaction with the vendors and timely feedback updation from SME to VendorGetting the content Sign Off from the subject matter experts until the module goes LIVEo Ensure Sign Off on Story Boards and vendor query resolutiono Timely delivery of Training moduleso Updation of the final Gold Version to the online portalo Continuous Coordination with the LMS team for going LIVE with the module o Getting all the employees enrolled and onboard with the training moduleDriving and tracking usage on field levelCapturing feedback from the end user and passing it to the development teamPreparing weekly Status report of the drive with all the stake holdersEnsuring corrective steps ae taken as per the response from the fieldUpdation of LIVE training modules for future referenceTrack and ensure 100% completion of E-modulesSupport E-module participants in terms of difficulties faced during module completionReview the effectiveness and the relevance of the module based on the process changes and trigger revision to the School of Ops team for refresh moduleContinuously seek feedback from the participants in terms of the effectiveness of the module and feed it back to the School of Ops teamPlan and cascade process changes/Circulars to the branch locations and ensure understandingPlan SMT communications with branchesSupport SMTs in content development for the monthly/quarterly communicationLeadership Competencies:EntrepreneurshipCustomer FocusResult OrientationAgilityInspirational LeadershipDeveloping Organizational Talent Required Qualifications and Experience
