Job Summary
This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd. Support allocated verticals by acting as an advisory partner to business teams in supporting business requirements, understanding of business & HR priorities and driving HR initiatives to enhance efficiency of HR at business and overall organization level. Responsibilities - Partnering with businesses? Manage the overall HR lifecycle of the allocated business.

Educational Qualifications: Post-graduation (MBA - HR or other)
- Minimum 6-8 years of overall experience
- Minimum experience of 3-4 years in purely HR domain
- Sound understanding of business context
- Broad knowledge of HR Process & talent management
- Strong knowledge of Hiring & recruitment
- HR Planning
- Domain knowledge of financial services
- Multi-tasking & adaptive. (Ready to work in a challenging & multitasking environment)
