Deputy Trainer - Retail Operations

Role & responsibilities:

2+ years of experience in providing training in a retail or customer service environment Worked in training department at a QSR chain/Luxury hotel

• Work closely with department managers to identify specific training needs for their teams and develop targeted training plans
• Conduct on-the-job training sessions for new and existing employees, using a variety of training methods such as classroom instruction, demonstrations, and hands-on activities
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and adjust the training program as needed
• Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules

Preferred candidate profile:
Graduate/Diploma from a reputed Hotel Management Institute

• Thrives in fast-paced environment and ready for intra city travel
• Confident public speaker
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of employees.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of retail industry practices and trends.
