Deputy Sales Manager

Position: Field Sales Officer (FLS) - Home Loans

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Generate leads for home loan business through open market, referrals, and channel partners.
• Meet prospective customers and explain home loan products.
• Collect and verify customer documents for loan processing.
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan approval and disbursement.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Eligibility:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 0-3 years of experience in sales, BFSI, or home loan sales.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel locally.
