As we expand our offline retail presence, we're looking for experienced DSMs – Organized Pharmacy & Retail Sales to drive revenue and expansion across large-scale pharmacy chains and organized healthcare retail.

The Role

This role will specifically own sales through large organized pharmacy chains.

We need someone who understands the complete pharmacy retail business—from account relationships and listings to store-level availability, visibility, staff education and ultimately secondary sales.

This is a hands-on, revenue-focused field role, not simply key account coordination.

What You'll Own

• Manage and grow business with large pharmacy chains and organized pharmacy retailers.
• Build relationships with buyers, category managers and key stakeholders.
• Drive new product listings and expansion across stores.
• Own primary and secondary sales targets across assigned accounts.
• Ensure product availability, visibility and timely replenishment.
• Regularly visit stores and ensure strong on-ground execution.
• Conduct and coordinate pharmacy staff training and product education to improve recommendations and sell-through.
• Drive promotions, schemes and retail activation initiatives.
• Track store-wise performance and take corrective action for underperforming outlets.
• Identify and develop new pharmacy-chain and organized retail opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, operations and supply-chain teams.

Must-Have Experience

• 5–8 years of sales experience in OTC, FMCG, Consumer Healthcare, Wellness or Nutraceutical products.
• Prior experience selling through large pharmacy chains / organized pharmacy retail is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of secondary sales, retail execution, distribution and replenishment.
• Experience working with pharmacy-chain buyers/category managers as well as driving execution at store level.
• Proven track record of increasing sales across retail accounts.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Highly hands-on and comfortable with regular market and store visits.

Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone ambitious, commercially driven and execution-focused who can take complete ownership of their territory.

The person should be equally comfortable negotiating with a pharmacy-chain category manager and visiting individual stores to understand why a product isn't moving.

The objective is simple: increase distribution, improve availability and visibility, strengthen pharmacy staff recommendations, and ultimately drive higher secondary sales.
