Deputy Regional Sales Manager

• Sales Strategy Targets: Achieve primary and secondary sales targets, volume/value targets, and implement strategic plans to expand the customer base.
• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate Area Sales Managers, Sales Officers, and field staff, including conducting on-the-job training.
