Deputy Recruitment Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for all positions including headhunting and lateral hiring.
  
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in real estate construction industry.
  
• Conduct bulk hiring campaigns for sales teams, ensuring timely delivery of candidates who meet performance targets.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop tailored solutions for corporate recruitment needs.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout the recruitment process.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 7-12 years of experience in talent acquisition or related field (recruitment management).
  
• Proven track record of successful end-to-end recruitment projects, particularly in real estate construction industry.
  
• Strong understanding of bulk hiring processes and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
