Deputy Project Manager - Interiors Fit Out

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of restaurant, QSR, and commercial interior fit-out projects.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of interior elements, including civil work, flooring, false ceilings, carpentry, furniture, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, lighting, signage, and finishes.
• Have a strong understanding of material specifications, market rates, and costing of restaurant and QSR interiors.
• Prepare project budgets, BOQs, rate analysis, and cost estimates.
• Manage vendors, subcontractors, procurement, negotiations, and material deliveries.
• Handle clients, consultants, and site teams to ensure timely project completion.
• Monitor project progress, quality, budgets, and execution schedules.
• Prepare MIS reports, cost sheets, and project trackers.
