Role & responsibilities

• Clinical Operations: Supervise doctors, resident medical officers, and nursing teams; monitor workflows across OPD, IPD, ICUs, and operating theaters.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to patient safety standards, clinical protocols, and accreditation guidelines like NABH.
• Administrative Oversight: Manage duty rosters, coordinate inter-departmental communication, and maintain proper medical documentation.
• Medico-Legal Management: Handle medico-legal cases, statutory reporting, and clinical record audits
