Deputy Mechanical Manager

About the Role

The Deputy Manager Mechanical will oversee maintenance activities related to HVAC systems, pumps, chillers, cooling towers, compressors, process water systems, and mechanical utilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Manage shift engineers, technicians, fitters, and welders.
• Ensure reliability of chilled water and process cooling systems.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs and equipment health.
• Support shutdown planning and execution.
• Ensure spare parts management and inventory control.
• Implement reliability improvement initiatives.
