Deputy Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Oversee the accounts receivable process, including monitoring schemes, discounts, and their workings to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely collections
• Ensure Timely issuance of CN to Customers
• Guide and support the team across various aspects of the Order-to-Cash cycle, ensuring smooth execution, adherence to policies, and effective resolution of issues
• Take ownership of monthly MIS preparation and closure, and actively lead quarterly and annual financial reporting activities, ensuring precision and timeliness
• Lead interactions with internal and external auditors, ensuring all requirements are addressed, documentation is complete, and audit processes are closed efficiently
• Drive Atomisation of Process

Job Requirements :

Qualified Chartered Accountant

• 5+ years of experience in Financial Reporting and receivables
• Industry: Listed manufacturing
• Experience in managing credit control and receivables between Rs. 400 Cr to 500 Cr
• Hands-on experience in preparing and analyzing financial statements under Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).
