Deputy Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily production operations to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Develop and implement process improvements through PFMEA studies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve assembly production and control plan issues.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards by conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions.
• Implement effective process control measures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Analyze data using Excel and SAP to optimize production processes.

Job Requirements :

• Strong understanding of Assembly Production processes, including Ultrasonic Welding techniques.
• Proficiency in creating Process Control documents such as Control Plans and Procedure Specifications.
• Experience working with SAP systems for managing manufacturing operations.
• Ability to analyze data using Excel and other tools.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and compliance requirements.
• Skills in developing and implementing process improvements through PFMEA studies.
