Deputy Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the quality function for foundry manufacturing products.
• Interact with customers for new product development activities and maintain effective communication.
• Drive customer complaint action through horizontal deployment and monitor corrective action effectiveness.
• Conduct internal process and system audits and monitor MRM plans against actuals.
• Manage supplier audits, supplier ratings and required actions.
• Ensure customer audit and complaint compliance closure.
• Ensure adherence to customer standards, SOPs, work instructions and internal standards.
• Ensure calibration, storage and handling of instruments and gauges.
• Promote Kaizen, continuous improvement and adherence to core values.

Required Skills

• Should have strong customer interaction and communication skills.
• Experience in quality management, audits, supplier management and corrective actions.
• Should be capable of driving Kaizen, improvement culture and core value adherence.
