Job Description

Replacement of Venkatesh Kotha is essential to operate I-Block operations, he is serving as 2nd line to manager.

• To follow-up the instruction of Manager-Production and carry out shift production activities.
• Maintain the logbook as per shift activities.
• Ensure the cleanliness and good housekeeping in respective area.
• Strictly follow the SOPs in shop floor.
• Participate in the trainings as per schedule.
• Ensure all the raw materials are kept ready for the batches and all batch sheets are filled properly.
• Planning and execution of shift related activities during batch execution.
• To ensure online documentation during batch execution as well as on daily basis.
• Coordinate with Engineers for the completing the maintenance job in time.
• Monitor usages of PPEs, respiratory protection equipment and ensure maintenance & cleanliness.
• Observe unsafe acts and conditions and take corrective & preventive actions immediately.
• Impart SHE training to operators, helpers and contract workers.
• Identify unsafe conditions and unsafe acts and report to Manager-Production.
• Involving in the dispatch activities of products manufacturing in plant.
• Participate actively in preparation of relevant to EHS (HAZAP, HIRA & Hazard Studies.)
• Based on the requirements, indent the BMRs, BPRs, ECRs, Logbooks, Protocols, Reports and Checklists.
• In the absence of superior, responsible for his work.
• Follow the Previous shift information /Manager's instructions and complete the assigned tasks, on time.
