Role & responsibilities :

In a nutshell End to end Program coordination, administration and execution

Overall (included but not limited to):

• End to end Program coordination, administration and execution – including program planning, scheduling, administering, reporting and governance – Devise and follow the processes and also suggest improvements
• Manage Project communication, MIS/Data management, dashboarding etc
• Program metric tracking and analytics
• Frontend and partake end responsibility in the project deliverables when lesioning with all COEs
• Manage and extract both actionable and non-actionable insights from employee base and Business units
• Secondary research & Tertiary research
• Vendor relations & vendor management
• Templatize and structure the project insights for capturing and representing
• Governance & Reporting
• Stay updated on the digital trends and technologies
• Create the design and content of review decks and dashboards and communication emails for project updates as well as progress
• Content curation on the Org LXP
