Deputy Manager

Purpose/Objective

To head the Quality team, develop strategy and manage the Quality Operations

Key Responsibilities of Role

- Operate as a member of the senior leadership team.
- Lead the quality organization by developing and organizing resources to maximize maximum personal and organizational achievement.
- Manage the Quality Operations responsibilities for audits, investigations, document reviews and ensure relevant Quality Assurance and Quality Management Systems are properly implemented - Implement best practices and standardized Quality operations.
- Review and approval of Deviations, Customer Complaints and CAPA's - Prepare monthly metric reports - Actively support growth initiatives from planning through execution - DCC: In charge of Document Control Center.
Ensuring all the process and quality documents are adequate and conforming to the change management procedure.
- Utilize Six Sigma principles / practices for Continuous Improvement and problem solving in following areas - SQE: Periodic inspection and audit of the qualified vendors - IQC- Inspection of incoming materials used in cell and module manufacture by conducting visual and measurement tests, confirming the adherence to specifications; rejecting unacceptable materials.
Communicating to the supply chain for continual improvements on the supply side - IPQC- Conducting In-process quality control ( IPQC ) Approves in-process production by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; communicating required adjustments to production and process control for continual improvement in the production process - FQC- Conducting inspection of finished products , confirming the products conforming to internal and customer specifications for continual improvement in the product quality and performance - OBI: Conducting open box inspection of the finished goods in the ware house before dispatched to customer for continual improvement - Failure Analysis : Conducting failure analysis to address customer complaints

Qualifications and Experience

Education Qualification Bachelor's Degree in B.
E / Degree in Quality or Business, Strong technical in quality control techniques – AQL, SPC etc, ASQ or other Quality certification Same Posting Description for Internal and External Candidates
