Role Description The Deputy Manager will oversee day-to-day branch and operational activities, ensuring smooth execution of vehicle and consumer loan processes and adherence to company policies. Responsibilities include supervising and guiding team members, monitoring loan applications and approvals, managing collections and portfolio quality, and driving customer satisfaction through timely service and issue resolution. The role also involves supporting business growth by implementing sales strategies, analyzing performance data, and coordinating with central functions for reporting and compliance. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur, requiring regular collaboration with internal teams and customers.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in team leadership, people management, and performance supervision.
• Proficiency in operations management, process improvement, and workflow coordination.
• Ability to analyze financial data, monitor loan portfolio health, and manage risk.
• Effective communication, customer service, and relationship management capabilities.
• Comfort with using MS Office and basic digital tools for reporting and documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, commerce, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Experience in NBFCs, banking, or retail lending is preferred, especially in vehicle or consumer finance.
• Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, meet targets, and uphold regulatory and company compliance standards.
