Deputy Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly targets in the plastic industry.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities through upselling and cross-selling techniques.
• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights to inform sales strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in technical sales or related field (e.g., injection moulding).
• Strong understanding of plastic injection molding processes and materials used in manufacturing.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
