About this role
JD Paintshop Head
Job Title: Paint Shop Head
Reporting to: Manufacturing Head
Role Purpose: To Ensure 100% adherence to Production plan as given by PPCwithout any Defect and Ensure adherence to Shop floor rules
Responsibilities:
Daily Production Management
1-Production as per plan for Child parts/Sub-Assy/Assy as per PPC plan
2-Co-ordination with PPC team for daily production plan adherence
3-Manpower planning and deployment as per Skill level and Process requirement
4-Ensure compliance on shop floor w.r.t. various standards (EgIATF/ISO14001/45001, IR/PR, EHS etc.)
5-Achievement of Plan Vs Actual Production
6-Ensure Adherence to defined Process standards (Ex. Control plan, OGS, WI etc)
7-Production control Board analysis for loss hours and action plan
8-Analysis of internal Quality issues wrt manufacturing and timely closure of QPR
Improvement initiatives Implementation
1-Productivity improvement in the shop as per Group norms
2-Ensure achievement of OEE/OLE as per group norms
Other improvement and Skill enhancement
1-To follow Change management and Abnormality handling norms
2-Skill up gradation and Multiskilling for the Associates through Training cell
3-Ensure adherence of related SAP activities (PP module)
4-Ensure Consumable cost control and Yield improvement/scrap reduction in shop
5-Ensure BEST target completion in shop as per Group norms (Kaizen/QCC/TPS etc.)
Education Qualifications & Experience Requirements
Bachelors(Mechanical/Industrial or similar engineering),
Total10+ years experience in Paint shop (Auto sector)
