Deputy Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Investigate fraud cases: death, maturity, survival & rider claims
• Identify agent mis-selling, policy forgery & identity fraud
• Conduct data analysis to detect suspicious claim patterns
• Coordinate with field investigators and surveillance agencies
• Assist in STR filings with FIU-IND and IRDAI reporting
• Maintain case records and prepare investigation reports

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Working knowledge of IRDAI, PMLA & Insurance Act
• Proficiency in fraud analytics & case management tools
• Familiarity with IIB, FIU-IND & IRDAI fraud systems
• Good investigation, documentation & communication skills
• High integrity and attention to detail
