- 7-10+ year Industrial experience in developing Novel polymorph/Cocrystal/Salts
- Proven track record of developing/handing multiple products form.
- Expertise in polymorph/Salts/Cocrystals/hydrate and Solvate screening and crystallization.
- Crystallization process development and optimization to get desire form.
