Deputy Manager, Warehouse & Distribution

The role is responsible for leading, managing, and optimizing warehouse and distribution operations to ensure the efficient and economical utilization of facilities for storing and distributing materials and finished goods. The role focuses on inventory goverce, review of inventory and surplus stock reports, and planning based on present and future distribution needs. The job role ensures conformity with shipping commitments, evaluates shipping timelines, and drives corrective actions to eliminate delays and inefficiencies. The position oversees receiving, inspection, storage, packing, documentation, inventory reconciliation, and return of defective materials, evaluates distribution and transportation operations, data, and facilities, supports new product introduction distribution, and ensures GMP, GDP, quality compliance, audit readiness, and team performance excellence.
