The Deputy Manager - Training will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and performance of employees in the organization. The deputy manager will collaborate with different departments to identify skill gaps and promote a culture of continuous learning and development. Duties will include organizing training sessions, workshops, and seminars, as well as overseeing new hire orientation programs. The position requires monitoring industry trends to effectively address the evolving needs of the workforce.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop training programs tailored to employee needs and organizational goals.
- Conduct thorough training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at various levels.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with departmental leaders to align training initiatives with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, and online resources.
