Deputy Manager - Tendering & Estimation (BBT)

Job Summary

Role involves tendering for electrical and automation projects, including reviewing project specs and BOM, preparing tender quotes, providing technical compliance information, including deviation data, maintaining the Project Opportunity Tracker, coordinating with sales, initiating project kick-off meetings after orders are booked, and supporting sales/PM on project variations and pre-sales discussions with clients. The incumbent will work closely with BBT execution vertical, Branch sales, Product marketing, and Customers.

Responsibilities

• Project specs and BOM review
• Prepare Tender quotes
• Provide Technical compliance information, including deviation data
• Maintain Project Opportunity Tracker, including regular follow-ups with sales team
• Initiate project kick-off meeting (once order is booked)
• Ensure review of purchase orders to drive commercial guardrails and scope handshake
• Support sales / PM team on Project variation working
• Support sales on technical pre-sales discussions with clients
• Work closely with BBT execution vertical, Branch sales, Product marketing, Customers

Qualifications

• Educational Qualification - B. Tech / B. E. in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics
• Experience - 3-5 Years
