JOB DESCRIPTION : RECRUITER

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented mainly Non-IT Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across various non-technical roles such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, HR, and other support functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand manpower requirements and job specifications for various non-IT roles.
• Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and evaluate candidates suitability.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to define selection processes and ensure timely closures.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to offer rollout.
• Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment dashboards.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Handle salary negotiations and offer management within defined company policies.
• Stay updated with market trends and talent availability for non-technical domains.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy in recruitment reporting.
• Knowledge of recruitment metrics and market trends.

Educational Qualification:

• PG degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA in HR (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience: Preferably more than 5 years
