Deputy Manager - Talent Acquisition

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the IT services industry.
• Manage a team of recruiters to ensure efficient staffing and meet hiring targets.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide guidance on candidate selection process.

Job Requirements :

• 7-14 years of experience in talent acquisition or related field (IT Services & Consulting).
• Proven track record in developing effective recruitment strategies and meeting hiring targets.
• Strong understanding of the IT services industry trends, technologies, and skillsets required by employers.
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage a team of recruiters.
