Deputy Manager - Strategy, Growth and Transformation

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, leveraging market intelligence and competitive analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and measure success.
• Conduct market research to inform strategic decisions on pricing, positioning, and distribution channels.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with senior leadership, sales teams, and other departments to ensure alignment on growth objectives.

Job Requirements :

• 7-11 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry or related field.
• Strong background in corporate strategy development, GTM strategy implementation, and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Go-To-Market Strategy Development Software (e.g., Gtm).
• MBA degree from a reputable institution (M.B.A Consulting India preferred).
