About Us:
Planys Technologies is an IIT Madras-incubated deep-tech company building indigenously manufactured underwater ROVs and AUVs for robotic inspection and survey. We're looking for a hands-on Deputy Manager to own our store and inventory function end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day store operations — inventory, material movement, and documentation using ABC analysis
• End-to-end inventory control: receiving, storing, issuing, tracking, and recording stock
• Maintain stock registers, GRNs, inward/outward entries, and ERP records (Zoho Inventory or similar)
• Coordinate with procurement on material plans and warehouse layout allocation
• Conduct stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation for zero discrepancies
• Ensure FIFO/LIFO practices and safety/quality compliance
• Verify invoices, bills, and consumption reports for finance/audit
• Lead store assistants and handlers; enforce SOP discipline
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS and inventory reports
• Drive inventory optimization to reduce stock-outs and excess/obsolete stock
• Track tools, consumables, spares, and project-specific equipment

Must-Have:

• B.Com / BCA / MBA or any graduate
• Hands-on ERP software experience (Zoho Inventory/SAP or similar)
• At least one stint in a manufacturing/product company — EMS, Semiconductor, Automotive, Electrical, or Electronics
• Fluent in English & Tamil
