Duties and Responsibilities - Disbursement processing on Finnone. Strong knowledge of Lending module is a must.
- Knowledge of cancellation rebooking of loans will add advantage.
- Well versed with Customer 360 as need to collect the customer history from customer history to analyze the exact issue of complaints.
- Managing various request flows over mail CRM portal for CDPL/EPL/SFPL.
- Daily monitoring of BTTP recon. Act upon clearance of open items by taking corrective actions.
- Making follow up with internal stakeholders such as Sales.
- Practice Emotional Intelligence - Develops the team, supporting them to do more. Listens to others, stays calm under pressure, and treats everyone with respect.
